I attempted to spoof an email using telnet according to the articles on HBH, but when I try to connect to the address mail.hotmail.com, it fails to connect evertime. What is wrong here? Why will it not connect?

You'll have to be more specific with exactly what you're trying. We can't tell you what's wrong just by you saying, "I can't connect." Give us more information, then we'll help you.

I open cmd prompt, then type: telnet mail.hotmail.com 25
then hit [enter]
then it says:Connecting To mail.hotmail.com...
then after a minute or so it says: Could not open connection to the host, on port 25: Connect failed

Port 25 is blocked man. I have a spoofer on my website thats in progress.
www.elitecs.info Go there agree to the rules go to utilities and click email spoofer. The email may take up to 10 minutes to get to the email your specified.
Hefty Becareful using ur spoofer i have one as well but it seems Gmail and a few other mail host companys have banned my spoofer probably by blocking the IP ARCSET.com

Some ISPs filter port 25 so that you may be unable to connect to them. That seems kinda outlandish to me, why they would do so is beyond me. What about mail clients which have to connect to port 25 to retrieve your email?
is there some way to find out if this is the case??
