|So... I bring a WiFi network adapter home ( Linksys Instant Wireless Series Wireless USB network adapter ) and I stuck it out my window. I found two networks :|
The guy next door who works for AT&T
And something called "Public Internet"
presuming a WiFi network somewhere around here....
the problem is that the signals are too weak to do any real exploring.
So I split open the adapter and attached a TV addapter to the antana... This didn't do much, heh heh.
So, if anyone could tell me something about WiFi Singal Amplification that'd be great. I'm still googling...

|well, this fucker who steals my wireless internet (2 doors down, better not be you )|
he uses this streching device. It looks like this:
and at the end of it, he has his adapter, which is able to pick up my signal.
i konw it does technically "increase the range" but you'll get a slightly better connection.
I have a hard time believing you.
Common, there must be a tech explination! I've looked all over google.
Some sort of like... power adapter mod.. or antenta mod or somethin!
EDIT : I'm in the process of saudering some speaker cable to where the little plastic antenna attaches, as attaching that to a TV antenna...
But this new suadering iron gets so hot, I'm afraid to leave it pluged in for very long.. It just know its going to be freaking final destination III...
