C++, Java, Python
Qt for c++
Swing, JavaFX for Java
Qt, wxwidgets wrapper for Python
Or you may use gtk library for Gnome environment

i said easy to learn. Python looks reasonable. Could you recommend me some sites or pdf on programming graphics in Python ? Maybe also a paper book if there is no other option.
