In an atempt to stop me from hacking, my dad locked me out of our router.
And i need to set up a webserver. So i need to forward some ports. is there any way i can get the password without reseting the router. BTW its a cisco router

Reset the router. Then reset the passwords to something you like. Lock him out.

Better yet, just plug the cable directly into your comp and bypass the router all together.

I don't know your situation well enough but there are a ton of ways to get what you want. If he is trying to keep you from "hacking" then just......hack!
