Okay guys it's just not working for me. I have tried using RefSpoof and RefControl, even both of them at the same time. Below is a link to show a screen shot I took to show what I am doing.
If youd like I can give you a link to a screenshot of what I am doing, but is there anyadvice you can give?

This happened to me for a while, I tried it on Linux and it worked fine, I'm guessing it's either a firewall problem, or Windows itself...
