I have recently formatted my computer and I've noticed a weird thing for the first time here on an article..
the problem is:
src=”test.jpg”
by the meaning i think that ” should be a-" but this is not what i'm seeing..
same thing happens to me with nicknames in the messenger..
any help??

When your talking about the articles, The strange characters appear because the person wrote it in a word processing app like MS wordpad then copy and pasted it to the website. The problem is word apps use hidden formatting codes and web browsers can't decode them.
