I cant find out how to use the paint bucket tool like paint has on it. Can someone help me out? It doesn't look like it's on the sidebar with all the options.

If it is, you can click and hold it to get new tools options. the paint bucket and gradient too can switch.

PS, I don't that is only a CS3 problem.

Yes tools is checked. When I click tools in windows and hold it down nothing happens.

Making sure that "tools" is checked will only make sure that the tool strip/bar has popped up.
