I have found a password which the JS function Check() accepts as correct. But, when it submits it to check.php, the server-side script says the password is still invalid. Seems a bit unfair, because the server-side check should reflect exactly the client-side check. At least, that is what I thought was intended.

OK - I've now found a solution that is accepted server-side. But I still stand by what I said before. BTW just 30 points for this is a bit mean if you ask me, It took me several days of programming to find a solution using recursion.
