You can submitted projects and code and then get people to vote it up.

Why is PHP/Html in the same category ?If you need help with HTML you shouldn't be on that site.

You have Visual Basic listed in the categories but not Java shame on you.

Lets see, HTML is the same category as PHP because he's trying to attract semi-intelligent people, not dumbasses. And there's no way semi-intelligent people are going to make the HTML category live up to being a category. What? Every 5 years a 'New version of HTML!' story comes up, and in the life of his site there's maybe 1 or 2 stories in the topic?

I'd just make an ''HTTP' topic: then it can encompass the protocol, mark-up languages, and any SSS languages that deserve news.
