rundll32 disable,mouse
doesn't work anymore on XPSad
The closest i could come up with is keep popping up a window infinite loop so they can't use the mouse or keyboard. This is kind of destructive tho. So if theres a better way please gimme ideas

Microsoft took out that batch command in XP.

You're better off trying to write a program with asm to disable the mouse, that way you can at least use Debug if you need some portability. (Memorize -> Program -> Execute)
