What variants have you tried? Tell everything that you've tried.

i've tried just converting to ascii, then i tried offsetting the value, and when those didn't work i tried encrypting to hexadecimal, octal, and binary.

PM me with exactly what you are doing, and what you've tried and I can help you better. But from what you've told me, it sounds like you've got the password. You just need to use it correctly.
