Will this give me trouble running linux? i have a 2.4ghz processor and a gig of ram. i just put in a second HD i had laying around so i could run linux. eventually i plan to step it up to some of the bigger versions and as many features are available.
I know this post is pretty lame i'll delete it when i get an answer if necessary

that's plenty. linux is very efficient hardware-wise. actually ubuntu recommends 128 mb of memory and 4gb of HD space for a server, so you should be fine, lol.
