Does anyone know where or what email I use to submit an exploit in CMS?

Submit the exploit to the vendor first and give them time to patch it... then, post it publicly to claim your credit.

I still check PMs from time to time.

Hey, after you have submitted it to the Vendor I'm sure you will still want to know the answer to your previous qyestionn.
