Ok, on the bobbyb ones...
First one- text is unclear, background dosn't flow, border isn't very smooth. Try to focus on one color at a time using more layers using new colors, try new filters...pick you up some grunge brushes, they will help you alot. www.deviantart.com.

Second one- way too simple, needs some work but you can do it. Took me a while to get decent. Though I was always creative and make the best of what skills I have.
