I want to make a website where you can only upload zip files, and I want to use PHP. I don't know the proper code ,though. Can someone please help me?

the only way to get something done is to learn (or to use google) But I wouldn't advise in the least for you to try that, too many vulnerability issues since I'm assuming you don't know any php at this point from that post.

There are several things you need to learn, start small and work up, something like that from a new webmaster is just asking to get hacked by injections and other means.
