I've found the hidden image within the image. When I decode to A****, it starts out with G***** and it looks fine. Entering the entire code into my hex editor and saving it as a GIF gives me a screwed up file.

Where could I possibly be going wrong?

EDIT: Wow, I'm not on fifteen, I'm on sixteen. Still need help, though.
