Hi I'm a F**king noob and I can't seem to find an SQL injector addon for my version of firefox, any help would be great. oh ya it's 7.0

There are addons for firefox, or standalone programs available all over the web. I can assume you didn't google or do any searching on your own, because there are literally hundreds upon query.
Now, aside from that, maybe you should try LEARNING how to inject instead of....wait....using someone else's hard work. Think about it.

Indeed, there are so many scblockedripts and add-ons for making the task of inserting some SQL injection into the page automated, but this is such a trivial task and SQL injection itself is a rather trivial exploitation method. So, as a newbie, you should instead learn how the code needs to be injected manually. There is so much more enjoyment and also benefit in executing it yourself and learning what happens during the injection, what each command in the injection does. If you found a vulnerable site, then go explore how the exploitation process works, and then later, once you have sufficient knowledge on the subject, return and proceed.
Googling for automated injection tools is scblockedript kiddie enough, let alone asking for them on a forum.
Open your mind. Find your limit. Exceed it.

Click on "SQL Injection :: Add-ons for Firefox" and you're on your way to learning how to install an add-on to Firefox.
You then might want to learn how to use Google on your own. Maybe learn how to use a web browser.
Before you learn any of these things, you should learn how to use the mouse and keyboard. It also helps to open your eyes. Your brain should help you accomplish all of these things.
If you're having trouble with any of the above challenges, please let us know. If you can't do that on your own, I won't be here to help you. I just simply do not have the time to hold your hand through all of this.
