Im kinda curious if someone can kind of help me out here; Im trying to see if I can bs my way into the forbiden parts of a site. I know it's possible, I'm simply failng to understand exactly how it could get done.

well, about the site first. No one in their right mind would help you with that. It is hard enough to tell if someone is being honest when they are right in front of you, and HBH isn't really the most secure/private environment. You know how they say you lose a lot of your rights when you go to jail? Well, you lose a lot of your privacy when it looks like you are interested in anything weird/ illegal. in the US anyways...
As for the mentor request, a mentor might not be what you want or need right now. But... Show off a few good qualities: ability to ask good questions, find useful information quickly, not afraid to spend time or effort, can set/meet goals, have some idea for your future, and you have spent some time developing it.
Everyone has a time in their life where it seems like nothing is changing. That is a god time talk to new, experienced people. If it is the generic "I need someone to ride my back" thing, that's your own fault. Also if you are interested in learning about something specific and new, a mentor saves a hell of a lot of time, but make sure you don't waste their time.

Actually, all I want to know right now, is how I can test a site for exploits into the portions that show up as forbidden ( like /images/ or /users/ ).
I do realize that no one in there right mind would help me, kinda why I like the challenge of trying to get someone to.
Also, been a "channer" sence the beginning, and i don't realy care to much for most of their BS. On the other hand, /h4ck/ on 711chan seems mildly more helpfull about certain things (dispite everyone being like "gtfo inb4ban newfag!" |

a non-invasive way: 
HBH is connected to the hacking community. When I was interested in anarchy/ chemistry stuff, there were also a lot of "innocent" sites being watched. Whether or not the op is working for _____, his lax and stupidity is working for them. There's the "DragonWare Suite", Echelon, and a couple other big name ones. I doubt HBH some black mark on the feds' map, and there's really no need to talk about such things like hacking some server. Honestly, who needs to know?
