Well, If you put other (Like myself) then post here. Also, please post your specs and if your have ads or not.
My host is ULMB.
I get 500gb Bandwidth, 5Gb webspace, 3 MYSQL DBs, and 15 site max.
If these were too low, I could choose to pay. But for me this is all free. Only "downside", Ads, But (props to ynori7) they are bypass-able.
My rating for this host, 4/5 because of the ads. Otherwise 5/5.
Debugging is what programmers do to beta software to make it take up more room on your hard drive if it is running too efficiently.

the only downfall(small downfall) was the hidden £10 set up fee
