don't hold your breath, as you should know by now, it takes awhile for anything to get done.
Debugging is what programmers do to beta software to make it take up more room on your hard drive if it is running too efficiently.

I would kind of like it though, since a lot of the good threads get buried once people starting replying to stuff in 'hacking in general'.

Yeah there have been a lot of the "off topic" threads. But they don't bother me too much. Some of them are kind of interesting.

That seems reasonable.

I've suggested this myself a few times, and I'm still waiting for it. It'd be a very good feature which would make HBH a lot easier to use ^^

You should be able to follow threads, yeah. Doesn't need AJAX but would be, erh, "hawt".
Also; the off-topic bullshit chatter on HBH is often not the worst content around. Just sayin'.

The problem is (as always) that the admins don't have time to develop it - they're probably fully aware that many users want this function

while we're dreaming here, let's also ask for a rating system. 1-5 stars, based on content not entertainment, and only the admins and mods can rate the threads.

Yeah, that would be more useful on the "Discussion Forum" page than the recent threads at the top, which is just an extended (barely) version of the main page list. Wouldn't be that hard to code, either, and doesn't have to take up that much space... just use the current space with a CSS overflow set to auto.
I still check PMs from time to time.

There's already a rating system linked with the Community Points...
Secure it! (Thumbs up) - Adds 1 CP to the posters Community Points.
Hack it! (Thumbs down) - Takes 1 CP off the posters Community Points.

I meant something you can see before even opening the forum. the community points are just "feel good" points. And you can usually tell if someone has anything worth saying in about 5 seconds anyways, so it's pointless.
