OK, I'm trying to figure what this binary string says.
01011010100010100110101011010001000000100000101010001010101100100000100100000010100010100000100100000010000100100001101000010
When I convert it to ASCII, it turns out as
I NTMMKQMZ AQVA QA BCB
And after a letter shift to make the I an A, it turns out like this
A FLEECIER SINS IS TUT
I think the third one might be an anagram or some such shit, but I can't figure it out at all...

Converting Hex to ACSII yields "BANG VAR TREK", if that means anything......

OK my friend figured out that A FLEECIER SINS IS TUT is an anagram for RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. But we still can't get the second one. We think the x=8 is something needed to crack it, though...
