hey...well, i've noticed a ton of people get told to empty their inbox cuz the other person cant pm them back a reply to a question they had...so i asked myself "why have a limit of 15 message?" especially because someone on this site (r3m0t3 h4ck3r) pmed me a while back, but ive been unable to reply cuz his inbox is full, and i havent seen him online XD, so i feel the limit should at least be 20...anyone else think so?

If the inbox limit was raised then there would still be the same problem as some people forget/cant be arsed to clear their inbox.
If there was no limit then the server would clog up with loads of useless pms that no-one can be arsed to delete.

If people would just clear thier shit when they read it, There would be no problem. You can save important stuff in another file on your own computer,(notepad) Fuck I do.

Maybe there should be a function that would generate a downloadable txt file out of the messages you have (in inbox, outbox and archive) and then delete all of them (or ask which boxes to delete) :D That way, if someone really want's to keep all the crap they have there, they could keep it on their own computer and maybe clean their inbox more frequently.

whole reason for the limit is to stop the database clogging up with spam and PM's.
if you are really that concerned about having an unlimited PM box. purchase Exclusive Membership, or simple delete PM's after you've replied to them.
problem solved.

i'm not asking for myself, im asking for the mere fact of the matter that i want to help another member with a challenge, but cant message him cuz his inbox is full, and he must be in the US or so, cuz hes never online the time i am...
[EDIT]
maybe just have a way of posting a comment for someone to empty their inbox in a way so they're sure to see it? or just an alert that their inbox is full when they log in? XD
