Does that make a file world writable?
For example, say I chmod 777 index.php
And say it is located here: http://site.com/index.php
Then is the file world writable? Can I change it with a PHP scblockedript?
$file = fopen("http://site.com/index.php", "w");
fwrite($file, "AHAHAHAHA FUCK U NIGGER!!!!!!11!! DIS PAGE HAS BEEN H4X0RRREEDDDDD!!!!!!1ONE!!111!1!");
