i have set up a directory on the webserver my site is hosted on. i have restricted access to it and all files in it via .htaccess, but i want to allow a couple files in it. how would i do so?

just a note. the .htaccess and .htpasswd are both in that directory.

and just out of curiosity, is it possible to allow the .htpasswd or .htaccess to be viewed within that folder?
