they say this one is easy, but i cant get it, can anyone help me with this? just give me a hint. 10 was very easy because i did it like number 1, can 11 be done like 1,2,or 3????

It's an image....what can you do with a image? Almost any program that can edit images can help you. Very easy

after discoverng the code you can enhance it using the same techniques as in 8 (if you are partially color blind as myself, hehe i have a diving license)
