Dear Members,
As always HBH will be having its annual HBH Convention, in Brighton UK.
I will be hiring an IT training suite, so everyone who turns up will be given their own laptop to use during the convention.
The current date I have in mind is Saturday 26th July.
Tickets will be £15.
As opposed to previous years, this will only be a full one day event.
The convention will last for 6 hours and include plenty of basic - advanced talks. i.e XSS / SQL, all the way up to how to turn have full access to someones PC, just by them viewing your website! Every talk/lecture has two parts. How to "hack" it, and how to protect yourself and others from it.
Its a great way to get ahead in the IT security industry and you will learn many helpful and relavent tips that you can apply to almost any IT job.
What i want from all you UK members, is suggestions on what you want included and if you are available on the 26th July (if not, please suggest alternative date).

great, especially location living in chicherster. anyway i would appreciate something about php/mysql login forms exploitation.
oh and about the date, I would much rather have it at the beggining of the summer holidays... |

I dont know about other members of the forum, but i am fulltime at college and work on saturdays. I should be able to get the time off, but just wondering if it is worth considering a sunday if it would up the attendance?

yep, how to exploit and how to protect are covered on every item we talk about. unlike last year i'll be printing off all notes and talks before hand, and handing them out on the day, so any questions can be covered later on.

probably best not on a sunday, as that means we will have hangovers on the monday at work. so saturday is best, as it gives us sunday to recover..... isnt that right root_op & nanoymaster ?
