I'm new to this with hacking so i wonder where to start.
What programs will i nead?
What CodeLanguage do i have to know etc...

Don't say anything. Just browse around and take a look at everything on HBH. You'll learn soon enough.

Learn by using google for a start. Before you ask anything or need any help on anything use google.

Well HTML, PHP, MySQL and Python are good to start off with.
