This encryption is based on the numeric system and is a derivation from some base XX encryption.I see that the biggest char is T so it could be a derivation from base 30 ,31,32 ... but i have not found anything.Could someone help me find the name of this encryption?

Could just be an encryption where the ASCII characters are shifted based upon a key or static criteria. There's a name for that, but I'll be damned if I remember it. (Yes, I'm leaving that open for someone to correct me.)

I still check PMs from time to time.

Caesar cipher, or shift cipher? I remember I read something along those lines.
