Does anyone know where I can find dictionary files to use in Dictionary style attacks for Cain and Abel?

Ummm... I've got a 234 MB dictionary... so 'big' is relative.

Excuse me, is your refrigerator running? Because if it is, it probably runs like you - very homosexually.

there is a project in research, the files or tables some have 64 GB (rainbow-crack) but crack *any* password in a matter of seconds or things like that..

anyone have tried them ?

I am asking myself If I should ...

Rainbow Tables only have a maximum of some 99.99% chance of cracking any given password, because of the way that they're set up. Of course, that's more than wordlists, but it still gives old fashioned tables more use, even if they are quite a bit larger to store.

I have a 5 character word list which is 450MB Zipped or 52GB unzipped. I also have a 1.5MB zipped dictionary which is 450MB unzipped ;) I make my own word lists. WHEN IN DOUBT go to http://aldarhawk.homelinux.org/. This contains a brute force SHA1 and MD5 cracker.
