Is it possible for me to configure tor/privoxy to accept only proxies coming from a specified country? I've looked at the config files and found nothing of the sort. And also, is there anything I can use to keep me my cookies active with a rotating proxy? For example, even when the IP changes my cookies still keep me logged in?

I don't know about the country thing, but,

some sites Connect IP to SessionID, to avoid Cookie stealing...so, when you'r IP changes, it doesn't match the logged in SessionID you have..and then, Login not valid, and you'r logged out
