I really don't think it is a good idea to have the winner's program to be submitted to the downloads section.
All that will come of this is scblockedript kiddies galore downloading the program to h4x0r th31r sk0ols.

Also, the aspiring hackers will see that it is OK to do that and will be given the idea that HBH wants them to download it and use it. Then they'll become scblockedript kiddies.
Or a noob that, once again, thinks we condone the use of premade trojans and other 'h4x0r t00ls' could possibly infect themselves and blame HBH.

Winner's reward, some points and recognition. That's it. Don't let anybody download the program, that will also lead to legal problems with HBH.

And admins, don't think that you're above the ethics! The only time it's OK for you to compile and run the submittee's program is for testing the workingness of it and the uniqueness of it. Otherwise, stay honest and ethical.

I think that's a good idea. They better can't let them download it only give some points and recognition like Assassin8 said.
