I think the best ones ever written were by those from Razor1911.
my all-time fave had to be the Supreme Commander keygen though. (Which group cracked that one again? I forgot)
I haven't used keygens in a while, so my knowledge of them might be a bit low since I just use cracks nowadays.
Also, while Paradox is awesome, it's not as great as Reloaded or Razor.
however, Radium is awesome in its own way. Which cracker group could boast that they have a song dedicated to them?

well, it still doesn't mean you shouldn't list your fave keygens or cracking groups anyway.
besides, one day, we will look back and scoff at the next generation on how we used to do web hacking and password cracking "the old school way"

I never really use key-gens. Never needed to.
The only things I ever needed a key for was MS Office, and youtube supplied me the key.

Same, and on the odd occasion that I do need a crack the credits are usually buried in some poorly formatted, ascii art, piece of crap readme that nobody reads. I guess the whole "chiptune" thing lost it's popularity.

The one thing I really hated about all those keygens was the crappy music, which you couldn't always turn off. Why did those crackers think keygens should include music anyway?
Anyway, I'd vote for Razor1911.

mostly I think it's due to the *very* close relationships in software cracking and making demos.
usually demos require three things: graphics, text and music.
so somehow when they made keygens someone decided that including music as well would be awesome, so that's how it happened, I guess.
besides, it's another way of showing off their skills, an app in less than 1MB that can generate keys, has a garish interface and includes music as well.
I agree that the music is pretty terrible anyway, then again it's probably because how much I hate electronic music of all kinds.

Yeah ofc. TS post is my nostalgia favourite, but they did some others that were awesome to.
There's a version of "Ready or not". Can only find it in midi. But its pure awesomeness too.

Defo Paradox's CS2 keygen, I'm not sure if they used the same music for very one but I loved it, so much that I'd leave the app running in the background when I used it.
