First of all I got the idea for this article when The Reaper took over the database, of whatever all he did, and alot of the accounts got banned. That's when I decided that some of us*cough cough Kaksii hehe jk*dont really get out from in front of the computer to do much else.So I decided that I would give those of you who need another hobby something fun to do that is not going to cost you alot of money,somewhere between ten and fifteen dollars where I live
To make a Solidox Bomb you'll need:
1)Solidox (duh hence the name)
2)Sugar
3)Balance (scale)
4)Mortar and Pestle
Now for a little background on this stuff,solidox. Solidox is exactly what its name implies,SOLID OXygen.It is used in welding as an oxidizing agent...it makes the fire hotter so that it can cut the metal and turn it that pretty cherry red color.The part of it that we're worried about for now is called Potassium Chlorate,which in case you didn't know,is an extremely explosive compound (also found in bleach) used in many,if not most,homemade explosives.Solidox can be bought at a hardware store or Walmart for somhwhere around ten bucks.It comes in a can usually with six sticks.You'll have to grind these up as finely as possible so that it mixes well with the sugar.
The purpose of the sugar is to act as an energy source for the solidox to react with which will create our explosion it is necessary because an energy source for combustion to occur. Pure -coses (glucose,sucrose,etc.) make a wonderful source,but are rather difficult to obtain en masse.So we use sugar because;it is easy to obtain, it's relatively cheap, and because most have some readily available.in their kitchen.It isn't exactly pure,but it will suffice for our experimenting. You'll need to have it ground as well,or you can just get granulated sugar,regardless a mortar and pestle is recommended for making it finer.
The process of making our bomb is quite simple really:
Step 1.
Grind up your solidox and sugar as finely as possible,simple no?
Step 2.
Now mix our ingredients in a one to one ratio,based on weight...if you have no idea what this means,kill yourself hehe...nah just mix the same amount of solidox as you do sugar.
Step 3.
Put the mixture,our powders,into your preferred explosive casing(bottle,pipe,etc.)
Step 4.
Add a fuse
Step 5.
Light fuse
Step 6.
Throw and run in the opposite direction!!!
