It's not over yet though. we'll never be able to say the penal code is being properly upheld with a straight face untill come up with a better name for it.

i doubt a law will make any difference... honestly, what is it supposed to do, make you feel like a hard-ass for breaking an extra law. As long is there are hard drives, USB hard drives, and cd's there will always be hacking tools. They will survive.
